Alliance FC was founded in 2015 by Mehran Rowshan — not because there were no football clubs in Dubai, but because the existing ones were failing kids. Commercial systems treating children like revenue. Poor standards. Fake promises.
Mehran built Alliance from scratch. No investors. No staff. No safety net. Just a belief that young players in Dubai deserved better — a place where development came before profit, and where every child was treated as an individual.
In the early years, Alliance was always full. Word spread not because of marketing but because of results — players who grew, parents who noticed, and a culture that felt different from anything else in the city.

How You Behave When No One Is Watching.
We coach the whole person — not just the footballer. How a player behaves in training, how they treat teammates, how they handle failure — these things matter more to us than any result.
Winning is a by-product of doing things right. We focus on long-term development — the skills, habits, and mindset that serve a player for life, not just this season.
We don't pick favourites. Every player — regardless of ability, background, or experience — is treated as an individual with their own path. No child gets left behind at Alliance.

Born into a football family in Tehran, Mehran founded Alliance FC in 2015 after growing frustrated with a commercial system that put profit before players. A former Arsenal Soccer School Dubai founding coach, he has spent 20+ years developing young athletes and their families in Dubai.
Beyond Alliance, Mehran hosts the Rowshan Podcast in English and Persian, and created the Football Parent Code — bringing his coaching philosophy to a global audience of 10M+.
Nuno brings international coaching experience across youth and senior football. A UEFA B Licence holder, he has served as Head Coach and Technical Director for Sporting Clube de Portugal Academies before joining Alliance FC.
At Alliance, Nuno oversees the day-to-day operations and coaching programme — ensuring every session meets the high standards the club is known for. His calm, methodical approach on the pitch complements the culture Mehran has built off it.
