Alliance FC was founded in 2015 by Mehran Rowshan, not because there were no football clubs in Dubai, but because the existing ones were failing kids. Commercial systems treating children like revenue. Poor standards. Fake promises.
Mehran built Alliance from scratch. No investors. No staff. No safety net. Just a belief that young players in Dubai deserved better, a place where development came before profit, and where every child was treated as an individual.
In the early years, Alliance was always full. Word spread not because of marketing but because of results. Players who grew, parents who noticed, and a culture that felt different from anything else in the city.

Alliance is more than a training ground. It's a community where players feel safe, known, and supported. Many of our families have been with us for years, because this club becomes part of their lives.
Mehran founded Alliance FC in 2015 after growing frustrated with a commercial system that put profit before players. A former Arsenal Soccer School Dubai founding coach, he has spent 20+ years developing young athletes and their families in Dubai.
He leads the club directly and is on the pitch three days a week. Every player's development plan passes through him. If you have a question about your child, you can ask the person whose name is on the club.
Beyond Alliance, Mehran hosts the Rowshan Podcast in English and Persian, and created the Football Parent Code, bringing his coaching philosophy to a global audience of 10M+.
