Our FC26 tournaments were about more than winning. In times of crisis, they gave our players a chance to stay engaged, connect, and enjoy moments of normality together.

While players have been unable to train on the pitch, Alliance FC has been bringing different groups to the office for sessions focused on football, life intentions, and future planning. Alongside these conversations, the club is also hosting an in-house FC26 tournament to keep players connected, engaged, and together.

My pick: use the second one. It feels more human and less robotic.

Gold for Alliance FC at DOFA — our U12s and U14s boys teams came home champions. With most of these squads made up of new players, this win reflects months of hard work, staying grounded, and strong coaching from Leo and Lorenco since their arrival from Portugal in August — with parents continuing to play a key role in the players’ development.

40 of our boys and girls embarked on a life-changing journey to Spain, training with Atlético Madrid coaches, competing against top Spanish teams, and growing far beyond the game. At Alliance FC, international trips are a core part of our mission — shaping not just better players, but stronger, more confident young individuals.

Alliance FC brought its family spirit to life with an unforgettable end-of-year celebration at Real Madrid World in Dubai. Boys and girls, aged 7 to 19, competed in exciting football matches and skill tests in their iconic pink kits before enjoying a fun-filled afternoon of rides and roller coasters alongside their coaches. The day highlighted the camaraderie and belonging that make Alliance more than just a football club—it's a family.
