Our U12s and U14s boys teams won gold at DOFA (Dubai Open for Football Academies) — a proud moment for the club and a strong sign of what this group is becoming.

What makes this achievement even more meaningful is that most of our players are new to Alliance. In just a few months, the boys have built chemistry through consistent work, staying disciplined, and keeping their focus on the process rather than the noise.

A big part of this success belongs to the staff behind them. Coach Leo and Coach Lorenco, who joined us from Portugal in August, settled in fast, learned the players deeply, and brought structure, detail, and standards that showed on the pitch.

And as always, our parents played a major role. Your support, trust in the process, and commitment week after week creates the environment where players can grow with confidence.
