Membership & Registration
Who can join Alliance FC?+
Boys and girls aged 6 to 18 living in Dubai are welcome to join us after attending a trial session — regardless of skill level. We welcome complete beginners and experienced players alike.
Where do you train?+
We train at Gems World Academy, Al Barsha South, Dubai. View on Google Maps →
What facilities do you have?+
We offer both 11-a-side and 9-a-side outdoor pitches on artificial grass. Our facilities include ample parking, a classroom, boys' and girls' changing rooms with lockers and showers, a meeting room, a Strength & Conditioning area, and a business office.
What is a trial session?+
Trial sessions are free of charge. The 60-minute session lets your child experience Alliance and train with their age group. The goal is to place them in the right training group should they choose to register. In some cases, a second trial may be requested.
How do I book a trial?+
Trials can be booked directly on our website. Book a trial →
What should my child bring to the trial?+
Please bring: Emirates ID or Passport (digital copy accepted), enough drinking water, football boots, sports clothing, shin guards, sports goggles if needed. No jewellery allowed.
What happens after the trial?+
Within 24 hours you will receive a Player Evaluation with feedback on your child's performance and details on how to register. Registration is completed via Alliance's online portal.
Can my child appear in Alliance's social media content?+
Yes — all Alliance members can feature in videos on our TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram channels with prior consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Training Programme
What age groups do you have?+
We offer training for boys and girls from Under-6 (U6) to Under-18 (U18).
How many sessions per week?+
We offer 2 or 3 training sessions per week, each lasting 90 minutes, depending on the training group.
What does a typical training session look like?+
Sessions typically include a technical warm-up, game-realistic practices, conditioning games, a cool-down, and a debrief. Every session is purposeful — nothing is filler.
What are the term dates for 2025–26?+
Term 1: Mon 25 Aug – Sun 23 Nov
Winter Break: Mon 15 Dec – Sun 4 Jan
Term 2: Mon 24 Nov – Sun 22 Mar
Spring Break: Mon 23 Mar – Sun 5 Apr
Term 3: Mon 6 Apr – Sun 28 Jun
What is your coaching philosophy?+
We guide players through the learning process rather than giving constant instructions. The goal is to develop independent thinkers — players who can read the game, make decisions under pressure, and adapt. We develop people, not just footballers. Read more about our approach →
Can my child play up or down an age group?+
This may be possible after careful consultation and at the club's discretion. If we believe your child is physically and mentally ready to advance, we will consult with both parents and the player before any transition. Player wellbeing and development always come first.
Do you compete in leagues and tournaments?+
Yes. All Alliance players are offered the opportunity to compete in premier domestic leagues and tournaments including DOFA and YFL. We also participate in selected international tournaments.
Do you go on international trips?+
Yes — Alliance players are given the opportunity to participate in international trips and tours. International Trips →
Can my child do make-up sessions if they miss training?+
Make-up sessions are available only with a doctor's note. This ensures make-up sessions are reserved for genuine health-related absences and maintains the integrity of our training schedule.
How do I track my child's progress?+
Players receive on-pitch feedback during sessions and formal individual player reviews three times per season.
Do you provide Strength & Conditioning?+
Yes. Every player — regardless of age, gender, or ability — has access to our physical performance department and a comprehensive S&C programme led by our dedicated S&C coach.
Do you offer private coaching?+
No. Football is a team sport and isolated training doesn't align with our coaching philosophy. We focus on individual performance within a team environment.
Do you offer professional contracts?+
No — we operate as a football development programme. However, we provide appropriate exit paths and guidance for players once they complete our programme.
